I also hold a PhD in Economics and have 15+ years of wonderful experience teaching and working with people.
I have always been fascinated by the way our minds work and the reasons we think, feel, act and make choices the way that we do.
I have also had my share of challenges. Feeling overwhelmed by my role of a busy mother, feeling not good enough, guilty, unworthy, lonely, and anxious, I’ve been there. I have felt stuck. Many times. Thinking I won’t be able to find my way out. But I did it. Every time. And in the process, I have found my true power, my inner peace, and my freedom.

I reached out to Irena for an RTT® session for procrastination as I tend to leave things unfinished, not only in my professional but also in my personal life. I felt stressed when I left the tasks to be done last minute, but I also couldn’t understand why I was doing that.
Within the session Irena helped me understand why I was procrastinating. We found the root cause while she guided me through different scenes from my past. More importantly, she installed new positive beliefs in me and she helped me to realize that the old me isn’t serving me anymore and that everything that happened is all behind me now.

I had repetitive experiences with bullies. When I was successful in job interviews, I was happy to get the job. But although I had good performance, a group of people would start to gossip about me and humiliate me, blame me. I reached out to Irena to help me find the root cause of these situations, because I found that even though I behaved fairly and felt confident in my value, these situations occured 3 times in my life.
It made me feel unstable, even though I feel that I have enough experience and skills. And then I could not find job, because I was exhausted from situations where I always had to stand up for myself. Also, I was afraid of the same situation happening again.
I could not focus on my private life. I had to save a lot of money for the case that I lose my job, or I could not find another job for a long time. I could not plan my life. I did not feel free. I was exhausted, tired.
Experience during the RTT session
Irena is empathetic and her leading ability during the whole session was impressive. I could understand the root cause of these issues, and it surprised me a lot. It related to my relationship with my mum. Her questions were important for me, and it was easy to answer them because I felt safe, and supported in her company. She was interested and focused during the whole session. Even when I cried, she was patient, and I could release the burden from my body. Immediately after the session, it was amazing feeling at ease.
I was able to understand the root cause of the issues easily and I appreciate additional help from Irena with the extended impact of the old beliefs on the rest of my life.
After 21 days of listening to the recording…
When I came to Irena, it was an intense feeling that I was stuck in bullying situation at workplace that had repetitive tendencies. During the session root cause made me see more clearly and helped me release a lot of feelings in tears, because it was a combination of the lightbulb moments and the expression of intense feelings. After the session, I felt lighter, tired a bit. When listening to her recording, I released more tension in tears.
Now, I notice that I am relaxed in front of people that are competitive, because I know who I am. I feel I am stronger with my boundaries. I became more important for myself. I ask for my needs and consider my needs.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation where your brain works with Alpha brain waves, similar to those present during REM sleep (just before you fall asleep). These Alpha waves are also active when you're daydreaming or meditating. This relaxed state allows you to access your subconscious mind, making it a powerful tool for positive change. Don’t worry if you’ve never been hypnotized before – it’s a safe and pleasant experience!

Yes, anyone can be hypnotized as long as they are willing.
Hypnosis is a natural state we experience daily, like when we zone out while driving, listening to music, or daydreaming.
You may be cautious or skeptical and that is absolutely normal. But as an RTT® therapist, I have the skills and techniques to help you relax and enter a hypnotic state smoothly and effortlessly.
Remember, hypnosis cannot be imposed on someone against their will. If you consent to being hypnotized, I will guide you through the process to ensure a successful and pleasant experience.

Don't expect yourself to "feel hypnotized", because it is a feeling that's very familiar to everyone.
Being hypnotized feels like those moments just before you fall asleep or just before you fully wake up. It's similar to when you're sitting on the beach, gazing out, and you lose track of time and of your surroundings. Hypnosis is a calm, peaceful, and deeply restful experience where your focus and awareness turn inward.
The sensations one experiences vary for different people. Some feel a floating sensation, some feel like they are meditating, and others may feel sleepy. But mostly, you will feel very relaxed and at ease. In any case, hypnosis works regardless of the sensations you experience.

No, you won't lose control during hypnotherapy. You will be fully aware of everything around you, hear what I say, and remain in control. Hypnosis is just a state of deep relaxation where we communicate with your subconscious mind. Many clients feel incredibly relaxed rather than "hypnotized," in some special way.
Hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything against your will.
If there's something that comes up during the session you'd rather not share out loud, you can keep it to yourself. We will focus on ensuring you understand the scene's importance and meaning, without focusing on the details. The key is that YOU understand what's happening and how it has affected you.
Remember, RTT® hypnotherapy is about empowering you, assisting you to actually understand and take control of your thoughts and actions. It is my job and my mission to ensure you feel safe and in control at all times.

No, you cannot get stuck in hypnosis. You have complete control the entire time. You can talk, move, get a tissue, or even open your eyes and leave if you wish. In an online session, if our call gets disconnected, you might drift into sleep if you're very relaxed, but you will eventually notice the silence and open your eyes. Hypnosis is a safe and controlled experience.

Yes, Rapid Transformational Therapy® is highly effective and has helped thousands of people overcome various issues. RTT® combines the best aspects of hypnosis, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral therapy to create rapid and lasting change.
RTT® works by bypassing the conscious mind to access the subconscious mind, which controls 90-95% of our everyday thoughts and actions. You can think of the subconscious as the computer program that runs your feelings and your behaviors. RTT® enables you to detect the code in the program - the root cause - that has been running on repeat those thoughts, feelings and behaviors that you don't like. However, even if you turn out to be correct about the root cause, RTT® is much more than a simple investigation of the root cause. You are supported to understand how you interpreted the past events, to interrupt the outdated beliefs and to install the new ones that will benefit you. RTT® fosters understanding and self-acceptance necessary to transform your life.

Regression into past experiences is carefully guided and supported in RTT®. You do not relive the experience but rather review it as if watching it on a screen. This guided process helps you understand the beliefs you created about yourself, about the life, and the world. We then work to neutralize and release the intensity of any emotions evoked.
The RTT® process is designed to dissolve harmful feelings before the session ends, ensuring a healing experience. If you revisit traumatic scenes, remember you are safe; you are simply reviewing and processing. I will provide a supportive environment for you to express your emotions and heal effectively. Change can be immediate with RTT®. Some people experience relief right after the session, finding pain reduced or mood lifted. Neural pathways start rewiring immediately, with old patterns beginning to fade over about 21 days. That is why it is immensely important for you to support your own transformation by listening to the personalized recording for 21 days to create new habits of thinking, feeling and behaving.
So, the process of change continues beyond the session. On average, 60% of the transformation is in the therapy session and the remaining 40% is in your commitment to listening to the recording and consciously making that effort to help yourself.

The standard recommendation for resolving an issue with RTT is usually 1 to 3 sessions.
Often, significant changes can be achieved in just one session, as RTT allows direct access to the root causes of behaviors and reactions, saving time compared to traditional talk therapy. However, while many (most) issues can be effectively resolved in one session, some deeper-rooted issues may require additional sessions. This might be true for the long term, deeply rooted or very layered issues that need to be approached from multiple angles.

Yes, absolutely! Your confidentiality is guaranteed according to the professional ethics. All information disclosed before, during, or after sessions remains strictly confidential. Also, no information is shared with other therapists or doctors without your explicit permission.
Your private and confidential information, from the initial form to session notes, is securely stored electronically or in a closed filing system. All inactive files are destroyed after 3 years to ensure complete confidentiality, unless required otherwise by the law.
Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and any disclosures are handled with discretion and respect for your confidentiality.
